How to place an order: All orders should be placed on our website or via phone. By doing so, you will be provided with a copy of the order (via email) and a sales receipt upon receiving your purchase.
Additions to Orders: If you need to add products to an existing order, it would be best if you place a new order. If we're able to ship both orders in one shipment, you may be able to save on overall S&H costs. We cannot guarantee, though, that both orders will ship together. If you want us to try to ship both orders together, please email us with instructions
Payment: Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express are accepted for all orders.
Credit Card Customers: OUR SITE IS SECURE. If yours is a manually-entered order, please make sure you have enough funds in your credit card account for us to charge your order. For your safety, our website does not retain credit card information. We retain credit card information in our office files for our reference and to meet the requirements of our credit card provider. Your information is not shared with outside sources.
Debit Card: We accept all major credit cards. However, if you choose to use your debit card you do so at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any billing errors which may occur at the time we charge your debit card and which may cause you to be overdrawn in your bank account. We will not reimburse any bank fees you may incur should you be overdrawn due to our charges.
Large Orders: If you wish to order a large number of products (Wholesale) or in larger sizes not listed, we will be glad to quote a price on those items which interest you, please allow several days for this quote.
